Feedback

How to send UAE CUE Sports factual corrections, story ideas, source suggestions, accessibility feedback, advertising concerns and partnership inquiries.

Updated

UAE CUE Sports welcomes useful feedback from readers, experts, sources, companies and partners. This page explains how to send feedback to the right contact point.

Constructive feedback can help improve accuracy, context, readability and the usefulness of our coverage of cue sports and the wider sporting landscape of the United Arab Emirates.

UAE CUE Sports does not currently operate a public contact form. Please use the appropriate email address listed below.

Useful Feedback Types

Feedback is most useful when it is specific and, where relevant, supported by information that can be reviewed.

We welcome feedback concerning:

  • factual corrections;
  • outdated information;
  • source suggestions;
  • story ideas;
  • expert comments;
  • technical clarification;
  • missing sporting context;
  • accessibility or readability issues;
  • broken or outdated links;
  • advertising concerns;
  • commercial-content labeling concerns;
  • partnership proposals.

Reporting an Error

If you believe an article contains a factual error, please contact:

corrections@uaecuesports.com

Please include, where possible:

  • the article URL;
  • the specific statement or data point you believe is incorrect;
  • a short explanation of the suspected error;
  • a reliable source, official record or other supporting evidence;
  • your contact details if follow-up may be useful.

Correction requests are reviewed according to the UAE CUE Sports Corrections Policy.

A complaint does not automatically mean that published material will be changed, but material factual errors should be corrected when identified.

Suggesting a Story

Story ideas can be sent to:

editorial@uaecuesports.com

Useful submissions may include:

  • the proposed subject;
  • why it matters to cue sports or UAE sport;
  • relevant dates;
  • official source links;
  • documents or data;
  • relevant people or organizations;
  • disclosure of any commercial or professional relationship to the subject.

Submission does not guarantee publication.

Suggesting a Source

Readers and professionals may suggest sources who have relevant knowledge of a subject.

Helpful information includes:

  • the source's name;
  • professional role;
  • connection to the subject;
  • why the source may be useful;
  • public contact information where appropriate.

UAE CUE Sports decides independently whether and how to contact a suggested source.

Expert Feedback

Athletes, coaches, officials, researchers, organizers, venue operators, industry professionals and other knowledgeable sources may provide expert feedback.

Expert feedback may include:

  • additional context;
  • technical corrections;
  • rule clarification;
  • competition-structure explanations;
  • source recommendations;
  • relevant data;
  • comments for future coverage.

Expert submissions are evaluated editorially and are not guaranteed to be quoted or published.

Conflicts and Commercial Relationships

If you are submitting information about an organization, venue, academy, product, event or company with which you have a commercial or professional relationship, please disclose that relationship where relevant.

Disclosure does not make the information unusable. It helps the editorial team understand the context in which the information is being provided.

Press Releases and Official Announcements

Legitimate press releases and official announcements may be submitted to:

editorial@uaecuesports.com

A press release is treated as source material rather than automatically as independent reporting.

Submission does not guarantee publication.

Feedback About Scores, Rankings or Results

If you believe a score, result, ranking or standing is incorrect, please identify:

  • the relevant page;
  • the specific result or ranking;
  • the correct information;
  • the official or authoritative source supporting the correction.

Official rankings may later change as governing bodies update their systems. A later change does not necessarily mean the earlier article was wrong when published.

Feedback About Editorial Rankings and Reviews

UAE CUE Sports distinguishes factual errors from disagreement with editorial judgment.

A factual issue in a review or ranking may be corrected if supported by evidence.

However, disagreement with an editorial conclusion does not by itself establish that the article contains a factual error.

Accessibility and Readability Feedback

Readers may report problems that make content difficult to access, understand or navigate.

Examples include:

  • broken links;
  • formatting problems;
  • unreadable tables;
  • unclear navigation;
  • ambiguous wording;
  • other readability or accessibility concerns.

General website feedback can be sent to: contact@uaecuesports.com.

Advertising Concerns

Questions or concerns about advertising can be sent to:

advertising@uaecuesports.com

Useful reports may concern:

  • potentially misleading advertising;
  • unclear ad labeling;
  • inappropriate ad presentation;
  • technical problems with advertisements;
  • commercial material that appears insufficiently distinguished from editorial content.

UAE CUE Sports currently displays advertising, including Google AdSense.

Sponsored Content Concerns

UAE CUE Sports does not currently offer sponsored content as a regular commercial publishing format.

If sponsored or partner content is introduced in the future, its commercial nature should be clearly disclosed.

Concerns about future commercial labeling may be sent to: advertising@uaecuesports.com.

Partnership and Media Requests

Partnership, collaboration and media relationship inquiries can be sent to:

partnerships@uaecuesports.com

Relevant proposals may include:

  • media partnerships;
  • event collaborations;
  • research collaborations;
  • data partnerships;
  • expert collaborations;
  • content syndication discussions;
  • sports-industry initiatives.

A partnership proposal does not guarantee acceptance or editorial coverage.

Requests to Change Coverage

UAE CUE Sports distinguishes between correcting inaccurate information and changing accurate coverage because the subject dislikes it.

Accurate editorial coverage is not normally removed or rewritten solely because it is unfavorable to an athlete, company, organization, advertiser or other subject.

New evidence that materially changes the factual basis of an article may be submitted for review.

What We May Not Do

UAE CUE Sports welcomes constructive communication, but receiving a message does not create an obligation to take a particular action.

We may not:

  • respond individually to every message;
  • publish every submission;
  • quote every expert who contacts us;
  • accept unsupported claims as facts;
  • remove accurate coverage simply because it is unfavorable;
  • change editorial conclusions because of commercial pressure;
  • guarantee favorable coverage;
  • guarantee publication of press releases;
  • guarantee a particular response time;
  • provide personalized medical, legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

Editorial Independence

Advertisers, commercial partners and organizations covered by UAE CUE Sports are welcome to report factual errors and provide relevant evidence.

Commercial status does not give any party additional authority over independent editorial conclusions.

Advertisers cannot purchase:

  • positive independent coverage;
  • favorable independent reviews;
  • higher independent ranking positions;
  • removal of legitimate criticism.

Before Sending Feedback

Specific messages are generally easier to review than broad requests.

If your feedback concerns an article, include the direct URL and identify the exact statement or issue.

Where possible, provide original or authoritative supporting material rather than only screenshots of unsourced social-media posts.
