Rockstar's official GTA VI site names six regions in Leonida: Vice City, Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga.
There is more to do than pass the time between missions.
Leonida offers more than the main story

Leonida is being presented as a place with plenty to do outside the campaign. Its activities include watersports, races and informal wrestling. Game Informer stresses that its list covers only part of the side content. The open world already has more purpose than serving as a backdrop for missions.
