The Dubai Fitness Challenge is expected to run alongside major sports fixtures and live shows in October. Najwa Karam and Nancy Ajram are among the performers, and the Dubai Comedy Festival runs from 9 to 18 October.

Najwa Karam performs at Coca-Cola Arena on 2 October. The month also brings cricket to Dubai Stadium and comedy shows to venues across the city.

The schedule mixes community fitness and women's sport with international music acts and electronic music events. The Dubai Comedy Festival returns, too.

The Dubai Fitness Challenge is being framed as its 10th edition, with the familiar goal of 30 minutes of activity a day for 30 days across Dubai.

Sport spans cricket and community events

The Legends Cricket Tournament runs from 9 to 11 October at Dubai Stadium. Coverage of the World Championship of Legends places the wider tournament in the UAE from 3 to 18 October. Dubai International Cricket Stadium is set to host fixtures from 9 to 11 October, including India Champions versus Pakistan Champions on 10 October.

The Women's Pink Games 2026 takes place at The Sevens on 31 October. The Mud Run follows there from 31 October to 1 November. Gulf News and What's On report that the Dubai Fitness Challenge is expected to run from 31 October to 29 November. One event guide lists 30 October to 28 November. The cited coverage does not resolve the date difference.

Dates remain unsettled.

Dubai's 2026-27 basketball season continues at Coca-Cola Arena through 16 April. The venue recently hosted Dubai's 94-87 EuroLeague win over Barcelona, covered in Dubai's Barcelona win.

Coverage of the World Championship of Legends contains conflicting accounts of Pakistan Champions' participation: the team remains listed in a published schedule, while separate reports say Pakistan has been ruled out. The cited reports do not resolve the discrepancy.

Concerts and comedy fill the calendar

After Najwa Karam's show on 2 October, Lost Frequencies plays Bohemia Beach Club on 3 October. Dubai Opera hosts Good Save The Queen on 5 October and Marilena Naaman on 6 October.

Carl Cox opens Pacha Icons at Playa Pacha on 9 October. Sonny Fodera plays there the next day.

On 11 October, TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan take the stage at Coca-Cola Arena. Nancy Ajram is booked at the venue on 24 October. That same day, Falguni Pathak performs at Zabeel Park and Black Coffee plays at Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour.

Shaan's "All of Me" tour arrives at Coca-Cola Arena on 25 October. Blue's tour stops at Dubai Millennium Amphitheatre that day.

Korea 360 runs at Festival Bay until 4 October. The Dubai Comedy Festival runs across the city from 9 to 18 October. A Dubai Opera show on 17 October marks a year since Barbroni launched.

There's more at month's end. The Nashville Summer Festival is at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre on 31 October. Adam Port plays Pacha Icons that day.

October is not built around a single headline event. Residents and visitors can take part in sports or fitness events, or choose from live shows across the city. Event guides describe the Dubai Fitness Challenge as a free, citywide programme, with fitness villages and community activities across the emirate. It is not a single-ticket event.

The challenge and sports fixtures give the month's concert and comedy line-up a strong counterweight. The result is a broad programme spread across Dubai.
